3. Your personalisation is limited to 6 characters (upper and lower case alphabets) only. Please be informed that a 'space' is also considered as one character. No special characters or numbers are available for this personalisation.
4. The personalisation will be on one side only (as shown in the picture).
5. We are unable to accept any returns, exchanges or refunds for items that have been personalised.
6. We reserve the right to reject any personalisation order that is deemed inappropriate. In such cases, we will contact you to cancel the order and refund the payment.
