TRY BEFORE YOU BUY (TBYB)

What is it?

TBYB is a new service where you can try an item before buying by placing an order online and delivered to our physical or pop-up stores. Upon trying, you may then decide to purchase the item, or have it returned back to us. This service is currently available to customers with a billing address registered in Malaysia, but follow us on social media for updates on pop-up stores or booths!

Only full priced items from the following categories are available for TBYB:
  • Apparel
  • Shoe or Footwears
If the item is eligible for TBYB, we will specify this at the product page and at checkout!
You may opt to have the orders sent to any one of our physical or pop-up stores.
Payment can be made at the store via one of the following methods:
  • Cash
  • Credit or debit card
  • GrabPay
  • Boost
  • Maybank QR Code
  • Store credits and reward points
Yes, you can return in exchange for a refund in the form of FV Store Credits or as an exchange with another item at any of our physical stores within 7 days of receipt.
Unfortunately, no, we're sorry! You will need to place a separate order for the items that are not listed under the TBYB category. However, you may opt for store pickup and collect the items while you try on the items from your TBYB order.
Our store team will only hold the order for 3 days upon arrival. After that, it will be returned to our warehouse for cancellation purposes.
No, unfortunately. All discount codes will not be applicable on purchases made under TBYB.
Orders placed before 4pm between Mondays to Thursdays will arrive by 4pm the following day.
Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays and weekends will arrive by 4pm the next working day.
Yes, definitely! You will receive an SMS and an email. You may then drop by the store within 3 days to try on the item and decide which ones you want!
Our stores are open everyday from 10am - 10pm.
Yes, you will. Once the payment is made, the reward points will be credited accordingly into your FV Account.
We may not have the size immediately available at our store. In that case, you will need to place a new order.
The 10% off is applicable on additional items purchased along with TBYB order at FV Stores only. *Terms and conditions apply.
